About the Position:

PE or APM - This is an open position opportunity to be hired by our client - a local luxury custom home builder in Miami, FL. Professionally - this could accelerate someone’s knowledge, work history, and career as continuing to grow in the construction industry.

• Combination – work both in office & on-site (Miami Beach area)
• High end complex custom homes
• Support the PX and PM as part of the team
• Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.
• Willing to do what is needed to keep the projects moving forward day to day.

Requirements:

• Must live within a daily commutable distance from Miami Beach, FL
• Minimum of (3) plus years of experience as either a PE or APM
• High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience)
• Client and people-oriented person
